Benefits of Montessori Education

Montessori Love provides you with the best play material for your child’s developing brain

In today’s world, the complex environment in which our children grow up has made their development journey more challenging.

Indeed, Babies and toddlers are in need of more support in order to properly develop their cognitive and sensorial abilities.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The Montessori method is the best way you can help your child in todays’ time!

Why that?

Because the Montessori method is more than an educational system and it can be implemented in all the steps of your child’s daily life.

A bit of history

The Montessori method is named after Dr. Maria Montessori, the first Italian female physician in the beginning of the 20th century.

Dr. Maria Montessori has spent all her life studying the early development of children and she designed this method to perfectly answer to their needs.

She discovered that three fundamental things are to be fulfilled for the child to get the best start in life:

1. A prepared Environment

2. The respect of an adult

3. Observing and following the child

Montessori Love helps you to fulfill these three important requirements by providing you with the adapted environment for your child as well as guiding you with the correct method to enable him to grow and become the happiest, and most confident he can be.

Montessori material help your child develop...

His motor skills

Neuromotor development, or the brain learning to use the body, comes in two ways: gross motor skills, the ability to control large muscle groups, and fine motor skills, the ability to execute more fine-tuned movements.

Gross motor skills will develop first and will allow your child to crawl, stand, and eventually learn to walk. Fine motor development will take longer to master, and involve learning to use motor activities and skills like the pincer grasp that will help your child manipulate objects.

His hand-eye coordination

Hand-eye coordination (sometimes referred to as eye-hand coordination) involves the brain’s use of information from the eyes in order to guide the hands, and what comes naturally to us in this action is incredibly hard for your developing baby.

This sensory and motor skill will improve as the brain becomes faster at receiving and processing sensory input, and becomes more quick and skilled at moving the hands. This is a skill that can be improved with practice, even in adults.
